Shipping Policy

We have greatly enjoyed serving you from Maison Noir by Mirl and look forward to serving you in the future. The orders of our customers are a great deal of work to process and to get shipped out to arrive at the customer’s door step as soon as possible.

Processing Time

Processing Time: Within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekend days and holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

* United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided and may be affected by weather, carrier delays and other circumstances that are out of our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking number so you can track the status of your order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to placing the order. Mansion Noir by Mirl cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses after an order has been placed for submission.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package goes missing, is received damaged, or takes significantly longer to arrive than expected, please contact us at maisonnoirbymirl@gmail.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the locations available at checkout. For each of the locations we ship to, we provide the estimated shipping cost and estimated delivery time for each order, during the checkout process.
