Welcome to Maison Noir by Mirl. “Mirl” hereafter refers to Maison Noir by Mirl, which provides its own and third party products and services on this website (the “Services”) and subject to these Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”) for use of the website (the “Website” and referred to hereafter as the “Website”) by any user of the Website (the “User”); where by accessing and/or using any of the Services, each User shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Service hereinafter set out.

Using Our Website

We ask our visitors to be of at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 it is okay to use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Please also use this website for lawful purposes and do not attempt to interfere with this website’s use by other customers.

Products and Pricing

As a service to our customers, we will make every effort to have the most accurate information (product descriptions, images, etc.) regarding our products on our website. Even with our best efforts, there will be times where information may be incorrect or changed. We also reserve the right to change any information regarding our products and also change prices as we see fit. We may also, at our discretion, cancel an order at any time as well as refund any payments made on the order in full.

Note that we have made every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. However, the colors displayed on our website may not be exact due to screen limitations and how different computers and devices (as well as different screen settings) display colours.

Orders

We will send an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. However please note that the order confirmation email does not mean that we have accepted your order. Occasionally we are forced to cancel or refuse orders due to stock errors, problems with payment, suspected fraud or other reasons. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be made in full for orders which have been cancelled after payment has been processed.

Payments

All payment methods listed on the checkout page are accepted by Maison Noir by Mirl. All online payments are processed through Shopify payment gateways listed on the checkout page in the safest way possible and Maison Noir by Mirl does not keep a record of the full payment card number.

For more information regarding our Shipping Policy please click here. Delivery times are estimates and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery dates. There are times when extreme weather or high volume of packages through the carrier can cause packages to arrive late and are outside of our control.
